FONOVOX questions
No sound is coming through
Check the silent switch and your device volume. FONOVOX respects the hardware mute switch on iOS by design.
What is the microphone permission for?
Only for reading the input LEVEL, to pace a session. Audio is never uploaded. See the privacy policy.
How do I change the language?
Pick the voice bank language in session setup. Your device language only sets the default, and the language stays locked until the session ends.
Where are my recordings?
On your device only, until you choose to share one with the system share sheet.
Little Sunrise questions
The clock stopped during the night
Little Sunrise has to stay open on the screen all night. Keep the device plugged in, turn off Low Power Mode / Battery Saver, and use Guided Access (iPhone/iPad) or screen pinning (Android) so the app can't be closed. The pre-bed checklist in the app walks you through it.
How do I get back to the parent screen?
Press and hold the top-right corner of the child screen for 3 seconds, then answer the question (or enter your PIN).
I bought Plus but it isn't unlocked
Open the parent area, go to the Plus screen and tap Restore Purchases. Plus is shared with your family through Family Sharing.
Remote control can't find the clock
Both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network, and Local Network access must be allowed for Little Sunrise in Settings. Remote control is part of Plus on the clock device.
Does it make any sound?
No. Little Sunrise is completely silent, so it won't wake a sibling.
